PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an intersection angle of a first and a second central electrodes as small as possible, reduce an input impedance, and lessen an insertion loss, while being able to attain lowering of a back.
SOLUTION: A nonreciprocal circuit element is formed by a conductor film in a state in which the first central electrode 35 and the second central electrode 36 are insulated each other, and intersected on main planes 32a and 32b of a ferrite 32. The nonreciprocal circuit element (2 port versions isolator) is equipped with a ferrite magnet assembly which is made to impress a direct current magnetic field from a permanent magnet to this ferrite 32. In a recess formed on upper and down sides 32c and 32d of the ferrite 32, a conductive material is filled up and electrodes 35a, 36b, 36f, 36j, 36d, and 36h for a relay of the first and the second central electrode are formed. The second central electrode 36 is formed in a lower layer at the main planes 32a and 32b of the ferrite and the first central electrode 35 is formed in the upper layer through an insulating layer.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
|
