PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current mode control DC-DC converter used for a power supply of a power amplifier for outputting a voltage having a wide dynamic range, and stably operated. SOLUTION: A circuit is provided with series resistors R1, R2 for dividing a reference voltage Vref and an output voltage Vout and outputting a voltage in proportion to the output voltage Vout, and an error amplifying circuit 10 for amplifying a difference between the reference voltage Vref and the voltage in proportion to the output voltage Vout, applies an external control voltage V<SB>PABIAS</SB>to a voltage dividing point between the series resistors R1, R2, and changes a gradient of a slope compensation voltage in response to the external control voltage V<SB>PABIAS</SB>. The slope compensation voltage is provided by a circuit 16 for generating a slope having a fixed gradient and a compensated slope/compensated voltage generating circuit 17 for changing the gradient in response to the external control voltage V<SB>PABIAS</SB>.
