PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable mobile electronic apparatus with a cover which can prevent the occurrence of flaws, in which the cover is hardly disengaged when in use and can easily be exchanged in its replacement and which is excellent in appearance and high in merchantability. SOLUTION: The first and second cases 2, 3 are tightened by first and second tightening members 13, 14 while being sandwiched between a cover 20 and first and second fixing members 30, 35, and the cover 20 freely removably covers rear sides of the first and second cases 2, 3.
