PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To synthesize a radioactive ligand having one of various complicated structures. SOLUTION: A phenyltin compound is synthesized using one of derivatives each having a bromo or iodobenzene ring, while having various functional groups, as a radioactive ligand's lebeling material. Meanwhile, an iodobenzene having one or more electron-donating groups is oxidized followed by reaction with tosylic acid to obtain a new hydroxytosyliodobenzene compound having an electron-donating group. Next, this compound is reacted with one of the various phenyltin compounds synthesized above to synthesize a diphenyliodonium salt as a lebeled precursor. Finally, this diphenyliodonium salt is reacted with [<SP>18</SP>F]F<SP>-</SP>to synthesize the objective<SP>18</SP>F-labeled ligand having a [<SP>18</SP>F]fluorobenzene ring while having one of various functional groups.
