PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder clip which can store a plurality of documents in a stack, easily handled, and opened by relatively weak force, and which induces no pain of hands and makes the appearance further beautiful. SOLUTION: The binder clip includes a clip body which has a triangular crosssectional shape including sandwiching portions with end portions opened and end portions curled in a vertical direction and elastic force generating portion by folding a sheet material and turns an introducing opening opened by opening the sandwiching portions in a vertical direction against the elastic force of the elastic force generating portion and then to close, a coupling guide formed in a U shape having a predetermined height along respective three sides in an upper and lower portions of the clip body and in which engaging bosses are formed corresponding to the curled portions so as to be introduced into both the end of the curled portions of the sandwiching portions at both the enc and hinge portions are formed by drilling the same at the opposite sides of the engaging bosses, and pivoting pushing plate shaped into a plate which gets hinge pins inserted into the hinge portions inserted each into one end and turning around the hinge portions as the pivoting axis so as to be folded in the coupling guides.
