PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated rubber support capable of having a necessary performance as vibration-isolation laminated rubber and sufficiently reducing vertical vibrations of about 20 Hz or more (specifically around 60 Hz) generated by a train or the like, and a vibration-isolation and vibration-resistant structure using the same laminated rubber support. SOLUTION: Upon using a laminated rubber support 10 which is a laminate of a standard record-disc-shaped hard object 20 and standard record-disc-shaped rubber body 22 with a thickness of one layer of the hard object 20, a diameter of the rubber body 22, the number of layers of the rubber bodies 22, a one-dimensional shape coefficient, and a numerical range of surface pressure regulated, deformation following capacity as the required performance of the vibration-isolation laminated rubber having a long interval with 1.5 seconds or more of horizontal characteristic intervals and the maximum horizontal shearing strain of 400% or more can be obtained, and the vibration-isolation laminated rubber can be used under a larger surface pressure rather than a conventional vibration-resistant rubber. Further, vertical vibrations of 20 Hz or more (specifically around 60 Hz) and 100 dB or less generated by a train or the like can be sufficiently reduced so that a vertical natural frequency of the laminated rubber support 10 becomes 10 Hz or less.
