PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growth promoter having excellent hair-growing, hair-nourishing, hair loss-preventing and dandruff-preventing actions on alopecia. SOLUTION: The hair growth promoter contains a peripheral blood flow promoting agent such asγ-aminobutyric acid derivative, nicotinic acids, vitamin E compounds, trans-3,4'-dimethyl-3-hydroxyflavanone and 6-benzylaminopurine, and a coenzyme such as coenzyme Q10 andα-lipoic acid.
