PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a driving device with a parking mechanism wherein the parking mechanism can be installed inside a case even if there is no aperture in the case which is plugged with a lid member. SOLUTION: In the driving device A1 with the parking mechanism which keeps the 1st case coupled with a 2nd case and the parking mechanism 4 which regulates a rotation of a rotation member disposed in the 1st case, the 1st case is provided with an aperture 1A which is formed by a mold release of the mold forming the 1st case 1 from the 1st case 1 after mold finishing, and the parking mechanism 4 is arranged inside the 1st case 1 via the opening 1A.
