PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for not damaging interior finish when using or transporting a footstool for use in high lift work at an interior finish work site of house construction and forming the footstool to be lightweight and easy to transport. SOLUTION: The footstool 1 is formed by sticking non-slip rubber 2 to the surface of a solid block of styrene foam, and attaching hanging strings 3 for transportation to the block.
