PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token transfer device automatically transferring a token to a token slot of a game machine in a token dispenser disposed adjacent to the game machine, allowing a lift device to upward transfer the token and, when transferring the token from a first guide chute to the token slot part with a rotational second guide chute, capable of adjusting a token outlet of the second guide chute to a position corresponding to the token slot of the game machine. SOLUTION: The second guide chute is formed to turn in the upper/lower and left/right direction relative to the first guide chute; and a positioning device of the second guide chute has a second guide chute support member turnably attached to a fixed spherical body, and a fastening device operating into a state where the support member fastens the spherical body and a state of releasing the fastening, so that the second guide chute is set in the fastened state.
