PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking table for taking a countermeasure against inclusion of foreign matters, efficiently expediting picking work comprising recognition of the uniformity of dried tobacco leaves after taking out the tobacco leaves from a drier, removal of inferior dried leaves and also elimination of the foreign matters such as pieces of plastic substance, thread and/or weed. SOLUTION: This picking table is composed of an upper table bored with many small holes, leg parts supporting the upper table, a sucking mechanism installed at the lower part of the upper table and sucking air through the small holes, and an exhausting mechanism installed adjacent to the sucking mechanism. The dried tobacco leaves are placed on the upper table to perform the picking work while sucking air through the small holes so as to examine and remove the foreign matters such as the pieces of plastic substance, thread and/or weed, becoming mixed with the dried tobacco leaves.
