摘要 The invention relates to a measuring device for determining the size, size distribution and/or concentration of nanoscopic particles or cavities in a sample for measurement, the turbidity of said samples or the roughness of surfaces, by means of determining the wavelength- and scattering angle-dependent intensities of a measurement beam dispersed from a sample for measurement, comprising a sample for measurement, a detector, with at least one detector input, an analyser and at least two radiation sources at a separation from each other and from the sample with a multi-wavelength spectrum or a continuous spectrum, the radiation intensities of which are adjustable and/or may be fixed, wherein each radiation source emits an essentially parallel radiation beam in the direction of a sample for measurement and the radiation beams from different radiation sources directed at the sample for measurement may be directed or aimed at the sample for measurement at differing angles with relation to the axis between the detector inlet and the sample for measurement. The invention further relates to a method for determining the size and/or concentration of particles or cavities in the nanoscopic range in a viscous, liquid or gaseous sample for measurement with the following steps: f) provision of a measuring device in question, g) provision of a sample for measurement in the housing device for the sample for measurement, h) irradiation of the sample for measurement with at least two radiation sources having radiation of a multi-wavelength or continuous spectrum with essentially parallel radiation beams, i) detecting the radiation scattered from the sample for measurement at a given angle with a detector having a detector inlet and e) wavelength- and angle-dependent analysis of the signal intensities of the scattered radiation in an analytical unit to determine the size, size distribution and/or concentration of the nanoscopic particles in the sample for measurement. The invention also relates to a method for determining the heparin concentration in blood or blood serum samples comprising a) provision of a measuring device in question, b) provision of a blood or blood serum sample in the housing device for the sample for measurement, already mixed with at least one heparin antagonist and/or which is mixed with at least one heparin antagonist in the housing device to form an antagonist/heparin complex, c) in particular successive irradiation of the sample for measurement with at least two radiation sources having radiation with a multi-wavelength or continuous spectrum, with essentially parallel radiation beams, d) detection of the radiation scattered from the sample for measurement at a given angle by means of a detector having a detector inlet and e) wavelength- and angle-dependent analysis of the detected signal intensities in an analytical unit to determine the concentration of the antagonist/heparin complex present in the sample of measurement.
