Reduction of manufacturing costs is achieved in a lens barrel with a bending curvature optical system. A lens barrel (31) is comprised of a fourth lens (L4), a prism (L5) and a sixth lens (L6). The fourth lens (L4) receives an incident light flux coming along a first optical axis (A1). The prism (L5) is provided with a reflective surface (L5a) for bending a light flux passing through the fourth lens (L4) to a direction along a second axis crossing the first axis (A1). The sixth lens (L6) receives the light flux bent by the prism (L5). Two group-frames (150) are provided with an opening (155c), a prism holding frame (156) disposed in a more inner position than the opening (155c) to hold the prism (L5), and a plurality of adhesive pockets (156g) disposed in circumferences of the prism holder (156) and open to a side of the opening (155c). Adhesives (156h) are filled in the adhesive pockets (156g).
