An audio file player and an audio file navigation method using the same are provided to more effectively navigate audio files through an external input device and the transition of a sound. An input module(230) receives a conversion command to a navigation mode from a user. A storing module(270) stores a plurality of audio files including highlight intervals. A control module(210) extracts a plurality of the audio files according to the received command, adjusts a volume level, and reproduces the highlight intervals of the respective audio files. An output module(250) outputs the reproduced highlight intervals to a user.
