<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a user interface and a menu provision method allowing a user to easily operate videos independently displayed right and left. <P>SOLUTION: A first top menu and a second top menu including a plurality of operation items are previously displayed in different screen positions, to decide a top menu touched on the basis of coordinate data of a touch position, and the operation to the untouched top menu is disabled, so that any initial touch operation to display the top menu is not required.
