PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on the connection of a high-pressure compressor to an engine IGB from which the high-pressure compressor can be detached using an access tool only from the rear of the engine. SOLUTION: This system for firmly fastening the end of a gas turbine engine shaft 4 engaged inside a sleeve 15 supported by a bearing 3 comprises a nut 16.
