<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit accident and a breakage accident or the like of an overhead power transmission line by preventing rocking and twisting of the suspended overhead power transmission line, while with a simple structure and with easy installation. <P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary insulator chain (20) is installed aslant between the middle part in longitudinal direction of a main insulator chain (10) to suspend a power transmission line and an arm metal (40) to install the upper end part of the main insulator chain. It is preferable that the lower end part of the auxiliary insulator chain is installed at nearly central part in longitudinal direction of the main insulator chain, and the auxiliary insulator chain can be installed at least two sets or more between the main insulator chain and the arm metal.
