<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a fire-proof component to piping and maintain fire-proof property for making an end opening part of piping for passing a fire-retarding division penetration part a fire-proof structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the fire-proof component composed by connecting an end face of a cylindrical thermally-expansible sponge material having a cylindrical empty core part and an end face of a tubular rubber molded article, the cylindrical axis of the thermally expansible sponge material, the cylindrical axis of the empty core part, and the cylindrical axis of the tube of the rubber molded article are coaxial.
