PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method for stabilizing analytes in a solution of solubilized body sample. SOLUTION: This invention provides method for solubilizing one or more analytes in the solution of solubilized body sample. This method comprises processes of: (i) solubilizing body sample, taken from mammal test object into sample medium which contains detergent and denaturant selected from chaotropic agent; (ii) heating the sample medium containing the sample for a fixed length of time to a temperature exceeding at least 70°C; and (iii) stabilizing one or more analytes solubilized in the sample medium for preservation, transport and subsequent immunoassay.
