PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a driving capability of drivers and to suppress waveform disturbances. SOLUTION: The driver circuit comprises a driver means 30 and a driver control means 20, which controls a driver by comparing present data of an input signal with past data thereof, wherein the driver means 30 includes a plurality of parallel drivers, and the driver control means 30 compares the present data of an input signal with the data of the previous cycle before, and make the plurality of parallel drivers operate, when the data are different, thereby improving the driving capability of drivers. The driver control means 20 further compares the present data with the data two cycle previous; and when the data are identical, a rate in improvement of the driving capability can be reduced, without having to operate a part of the plurality of parallel drivers.
