PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that trash comes in and accumulates on a part of a grating supported on a support frame to rotten to give out a bad smell and create an insanitary condition. SOLUTION: A square pipe 18 is fixed to an end of the grating 17 supported on the support frame 11. The upper face of the square pipe 18 is formed into an irregular shape to serve as a nonslip face, and support materials 9 are fixed at given intervals on the lower face of the square pipe 18 to form channels between the support materials 9. As rain water or wash water flows in, trash coming into a gap between the grating 17 and the support frame 11 is pushed to pass through the channels into a side ditch, and is finally discharged.
