PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main frame structure of a turning frame in construction machinery capable of simplifying manufacture and facilitating the secureness of necessary strength and the avoidance of stress concentration when the rear of a double longitudinal plate structure makes a single longitudinal plate structure by making the front sections of a pair of right and left main frames provided to a turning frame as the double longitudinal plate structure. SOLUTION: The front sections of the main frames 11L and 11R are made as the double longitudinal plate structure by making use of the first longitudinal plates 15L and 15R extended in the shape of a straight line over the longitudinal length of the main frames 11L and 11R and the second longitudinal plates 16L and 16R parallel with the first longitudinal plates 15L and 15R at regular intervals, the main frames 11L and 11R in the rear of the double longitudinal plate structure are made as the single longitudinal plate structure by making use of the first longitudinal plates 15L and 15R and, at the same time, the first longitudinal plates 15L and 15R and the second longitudinal plates 16L and 16R in a part of the double structure are connected with transverse plates 22L and 22R erected from the bottom face plate 9 of the turning frame 8 so as to make at right angles to both longitudinal plates.
