PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of coating frames of construction equipment, which eliminates problems including air pollution, hygienic environment, the risk of catching fire, waste water disposal, etc. when a solvent coating is used for coating the frames such as a revolving frame constituting an upper revolving body of a hydraulic shovel. SOLUTION: According to the method, the revolving frame 1 is coated with a powder coating formed of a high polymer resin-based powder coating such as a polyester/urethane powder coating. Thus the coating which is of high quality, can eliminates the problems occurring in the case of using the solvent coating, and is excellent in environmental preservation, is implemented.
