PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable construction to be easily performed by melting and solidifying a construction material, in which a sulfur-solidified body obtained by solidifying a sulfur material containing a sulfur component is crushed into pieces of a predetermined size, through the use of a simple device. SOLUTION: The construction material 1, in which the sulfur-solidified body obtained by solidifying the sulfur material containing the sulfur component is crushed into the pieces of the predetermined size, is precedently laid on a construction surface 2; the construction material 1 is melted by being heated up to a predetermined temperature or higher with the heat of a panel-like heating means 3 arranged above the construction material 1; and the molten construction material 1 is cooled to be solidified on the construction surface 2. Thus, the construction can be easily performed by melting and solidifying the construction material 1, in which the sulfur-solidified body obtained by solidifying the sulfur material containing the sulfur component is crushed into the pieces of the predetermined size, through the use of the simple device.
