PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical properties, especially impact resistance, etc., while keeping biodegradability and exhibiting comprehensively excellent performance and giving reduced load on the ambient environment. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is composed of (A) a polyoxymethylene resin and (B) an aliphatic polyester resin, wherein the aliphatic polyester resin B contains 0-30 mol.% aliphatic oxycarboxylic acid unit expressed by formula (I), 35-50 mol.% aliphatic diol unit expressed by formula (II) and 35-50 mol.% aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit expressed by formula (III) (in the formulas, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each a bivalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; and R<SP>3</SP>is direct bond or a bivalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group).
