PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working environment of a worker in a machine room provided with an oil pan on an upper floor first truss in a truss structure of a passenger conveyor. SOLUTION: The machine room 4 is formed by the upper floor first truss 31 laid with the oil pan 5; and an upper floor second truss 32 positioned below the upper floor first truss 31 and installed with a drive device 42 for driving a drive sprocket 41. Therefore, an opening 5a having a size that the worker can pass through and get down to the upper floor second truss 32 is provided on the oil pan 5 and the worker can easily get down to the upper floor second truss 32 to improve the working environment.
