PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane work evaluation method, device and system capable of appropriately evaluating work records of a crane. SOLUTION: This work evaluation device 1 evaluates crane work records of the crane 10 having a work form of at least performing suspending work by a hook 26 hung at a tip of a boom 21. The work evaluation device 1 is provided with sensors 47, 49, 33 for detecting a working radius R of the boom 21, a suspending load W and working time; a calculating means for calculating moment time obtained by multiplying a moment which is a product of the working radius R of the boom 21 and the suspending load W by the working time or moment square time obtained by multiplying the square of the moment by the working time; and an evaluation means for evaluating the work records of the crane 10 based on the moment time or the moment square time.
