PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure for eliminating static electricity of a guide rail provided in a game board by simple construction without impairing the design nature of a game machine. SOLUTION: A rail ornament member electrically connecting an outer rail 3 and an inner rail provided on the game board 2 is provided in the vicinity of the terminal end of the outer rail 3, and the back of an upper tray unit 55 is provided with a rail abutment member 67 abutting on the start part 3a of the outer rail 3 in the closed state of the upper tray unit 55, a conductive member 66 as a grounding relay member electrically connecting the rail abut member 67 and an intermediate frame 6, a hinge support 62, a shaft support pin, and an intermediate hinge 29. By this configuration, static electricity charged to the inner rail is discharged to the outer rail 3 through the rail ornament member, static electricity charged to the outer rail 3 is discharged to the intermediate frame 6 through the rail abutment member 67, the conductive member 66, the hinge support 62, the shaft support pin and the intermediate hinge 29.
