PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfecting printing device improved in exchange usability/operationality of a cleaning rotary member and scraping member capable of simply and easily performing removal/exchange of the cleaning rotary member and scraping member. SOLUTION: The perfecting printing device is provided with a brush roller 41 and a scraping sheet 43 within a body frame 98, and the brush roller 41 and the scraping sheet 43 are structured as a cleaning unit 45 being attachable to and detachable from the body frame 98. The brush roller 41 removes ink, paper powders or a combination thereof which adheres to minute unevenness on the external surface of a press roller 24 while rotating in contact with the external surface of the press roller 24.
