PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press-sticking postcard preparing apparatus equipped with an adhesive transferring apparatus which is easy to handle without contaminating the surroundings with an adhesive when a member for an adhesive applying part is interchanged and maintained. SOLUTION: In the press-sticking postcard preparing apparatus, a feeding roller 14 carries a powder adhesive 16 fed from an adhesive storing instrument 13 and rotates. A transferring roller 15 which comes into contact with the feeding roller 14 to form a transferring part, applies a transferring bias voltage on a press-sticking postcard paper 10 passing through the transferring part, and transfers (applies) the powder adhesive 16 on the feeding roller 14 onto the press-sticking postcard paper 10. The transferring roller 15 with a cleaning blade 25 and a partitioning plate 27 for partitioning a removed adhesive storing part 27 are held in a housing body 23 of the transferring part, and the housing body 23 of the transferring part is held by a transferring part unit 28.
