Interface circuit for measurement device test pulses with a terminal for coupling the pulses to an analysis circuit

The interface has a terminal (2) connected to the output of a pulse coupling circuit (4) to whose input test pulses from the measurement device operating in a test mode are provided. The terminal is also connected to a first input of a detection circuit (10). When a detection signal is provided to the second input of the detection circuit in the test mode, the detection circuit provides at its output (14) a detection signal which permits generation of the test pulse and this is sent to the measurement device.
