An antenna-embedded low temperature co-fired ceramic multilayer substrate is provided to improve an antenna character by forming a dielectric member which is formed under a strip patch, using a dielectric paste with a low dielectric constant. An antenna-embedded LTCC(Low Temperature Cofired Ceramic) includes a ground plane(20), a strip patch(40), and a dielectric green sheet. The strip patch performs a function of an antenna. A circuit is formed on the dielectric green sheet. A dielectric member formed under the strip patch is made of a dielectric paste with a low dielectric constant. The dielectric paste with the low dielectric constant is the dielectric green sheet, on which the strip patch is formed. The dielectric constant of the dielectric green sheet is between 2 and 5.
