A web sub storage device is provided to offer an effective, stable, and reliable P2P system application program with a P2P system and a web folder, which is the web sub storage device, by enabling the web folder to download data in the network as a substitute for a computer. The P2P system application program stores the data stored in a computer to the web folder by using a web client of the P2P system application program, sets sharing to the data stored in the web folder, and shares the data stored in other computers including the P2P system application program. The user stores the desired data to the web folder and selects a P2P system or the web folder to store the data to be shared. When the data shared in the P2P network is searched, the P2P system application program assigns selection rights to the user by differently marking whether the data is provided or received from the web folder of other users.
