<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily align a two-dimensional code with an area sensor in imaging, and to desirably reading the two-dimensional code. <P>SOLUTION: In a two-dimensional code read mode of a cellphone, a control part displays a finder image shown in an imaging visual field of the area sensor on a display device 2, and displays a marker M used by a user to align the two-dimensional code C in a fixed position on a screen with the marker M on the finder image. The marker M shows an area suitable for positioning of a position detection pattern of the two-dimensional code C, and the dedicated marker M is displayed on the basis of the kind of the two-dimensional code C preset by the user. The control part preferentially searches for the position detection pattern for an area portion corresponding to a display position of the marker M inside a memory when reading the two-dimensional code C from image data in the memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
