<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid preparation device by which automatic liquid preparation can be carried out more precisely. <P>SOLUTION: An aqueous drug preparation device 10 has an accommodating container accommodating medication vials, ejecting units arranged for every drug vial. The accommodating container turns sealed with its opening portion closed by the lid body being a part of the ejecting units by relatively moving to the ejecting unit. The ejecting units guide aqueous medicine in the drug vials the medication vials by communicating the medication vials to the medication vials after reducing the pressure inside of the accommodating container keeping closed.
