<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs to a low level by using a communication board common to the communication board directly connected with a communication network and the communication board prepared on a terminal device, and to lessen time and effort by automatically switching communication forms depending on whether connected with the communication network or prepared on the terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: The communication board C transmits by switching to either of the first transmission form (refer to a figure 1 (A)) for transmitting motion information transmitted from pulling-out machines M1, M2..., and Mx through the first communication network N1 when directly connected with the first communication network N1 to a server Sv and the second communication form (refer to a figure 1 (B)) for transmitting the motion information memorized in a memory Ta to a server Sv when prepared in the terminal device T. Costs of the whole system can be reduced to a low level since the common communication board is used in both forms.
