<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a voltage divider that has a high-precision voltage division ratio without requiring calibration by using a quantization hole resistance element, and also, to achieve a voltage generator capable of generating a high-precision high voltage without requiring calibration by using the voltage divider and a Josephson standard voltage generator. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage generator allows the voltage divider to generate a high-precision voltage by constituting the voltage divider while serially connecting the quantization hole resistance elements 1, and also, by controlling current sources 7 so that a differential voltage becomes zero between voltages, which are respectively outputted from a part of voltage terminals and the Josephson standard voltage generator 5, by connecting each current source 7 to both ends of the voltage divider and connecting the Josephson standard voltage generator 5 to a part of the voltage terminals of the voltage divider. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
