<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burr from occurring on caulking and holding a lens at a lens flame by heating and pressing a caulking part arranged at a plastic made lens flame. <P>SOLUTION: The lens flame 32 made of a plastic material where a lens is held with a lens holding member 34 is mounted at a fixing tool. A heating and caulking apparatus 30 makes positioned by pressing the lens 31 with a lens pressing tool 41, a heater unit 42 heated in a given temperature range is descended from a turnout position to a caulking position. Accompanied with the descendant, a regulation member 74 is descended under opposing an opposed face 73 to an outer periphery face 32a. A pressing face 72 heats and presses a caulking part 35. The caulking part 35 is inclined to an optical axis direction of the lens 31 along a pressing face 72. The caulking part 35 is chilled and solidified and holds the lens 31 under caulking. Thus, since the regulation member 74 regulates the caulking part 35 deformed by heat to protrude to the out side of the outer periphery face 32a, the occurrence of a burr can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
