<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong detection of an input in a heating cooker which is provided with an input part composed of an upper-side electrode and a rear-side electrode on a top plate. <P>SOLUTION: The top plate 16 is provided in an open mouth part 3a of an upper side of a cooker body 3 and a heating means (not shown in a drawing) is provided below the top plate 16. In the top plate, a heating part is provided in a position facing the heating means, and the input part 24 is provided in front of the top plate 16. The input part 24 is composed of the upper side electrode 27 and the rear side electrode 28. The upper side electrode 27 of this input part 24 is composed of a counter electrode 27a having a capacitor 30 facing the rear side electrode 28 and an operation electrode part 27b which is touched by a finger.
