摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FID type analyzer which surely acquires a measured value of the FID type analyzer, leaves as much sample gas as possible in a sampling bag to preclude a sample from being collected again, and measures an excepted substance. SOLUTION: This hydrogen flame ionization type analyzer is provided with: an FID detector 1; a sample gas supply passage 10 for supplying the gas sample to the FID detector 1; a three-way valve SV2 provided in the sample gas supply passage 10; and a stability determination-computing part C2 for determining whether an output value from the FID detector 1 is stabilized. The sample gas supply passage 10 is blocked by the three-way valve SV2 to stop the supply of the gas sample to the FID detector 1, when judged to be stabilized by the stability determination-computing part C2, as to the output value from the FID detector 1 when the gas sample is supplied.
