PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular driving force control device which gives a driver an adequate decelerating assist, in control for changing deceleration speed to set a positional relationship with a preceding vehicle in an adequate state. SOLUTION: The vehicular driving force control device executes decelerating control (S50) to change deceleration according to the decelerating intention (S10) of the driver to set a positional relationship to the preceding vehicle in an adequate state. When it takes a long time or a long travel distance after detecting the decelerating intention of the driver, the decelerating control is executed easier (S20) than that when it does not take a longer time or a long travel distance. Executing the decelerating control easier can include changing a threshold for the control starting condition of the decelerating control.
