PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery deterioration determination device for determining a deterioration state of a battery, without using a current sensor. SOLUTION: When start operation by an ignition switch 40 is performed, power is supplied from the battery 41 to a motor 11, to start an engine. The internal resistance of the motor 11 is stored in a storage means 31 beforehand. A battery internal resistance calculation means 32 calculates the internal resistance of the battery 41, based on the terminal voltage of the battery 41 detected by a battery terminal voltage detection sensor 20 before the supply of the power to the motor 11 from the battery 41, the terminal voltage of the battery 41 detected by the detection sensor 20 at the time of an engine start-up start, and the internal resistance of the motor 11 stored by the storage means 31. A battery deterioration state determination means 33 determines the deterioration state of the battery 41, based on the internal resistance of the battery 41 calculated by the calculation means 32.
