PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for comfortable routes using biological information regardless of the presence or absence of travel experience. SOLUTION: The current driving conditions of drivers of other vehicles having the same characteristics (in the case that items indicating biologically anomalies are the same as or similar to their environmental items) as those of a driver of a self vehicle among other vehicles traveling in a plurality of travel routes acquired by route searching to a destination are acquired from an information center. As the conditions of the other vehicles, the degree of stress (the three conditions of large stress, small stress, no stress) according to the number and degree of anomalous items of biological information is acquired with the locations of the vehicles. A comfort index K of each route is computed on the basis of the ratio of vehicles having no stress to the total number of vehicles on the route, and the degree of comfort V2 is determined according to a value of the comfort index K.
