PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold continuity of an amount of ink to reduce graininess without the need of complicated parameter setting. SOLUTION: An amount of ink determination part 20 calculates an ink signal K from positional relation among the color gamut boundary of a printer 202, the black point of the printer 202 and an input point corresponding to an input color signal Lab in a Lab space. A CMY value determination part 21 calculates color component signals CMY other than the ink signal on the basis of the ink signal K and the input color signal Lab.
