PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection-locked oscillator capable of reducing injection power with which synchronization can be established. SOLUTION: The injection-locked oscillator includes a tip-opened stab 2 and a transmission line 3 constituting a resonant circuit with a resonant frequency f<SB>0</SB>which are connected to an injection terminal 1 to which a reference signal of (1/n)f<SB>0</SB>is injected; a field effect transistor 4a in which a microstrip line 4b is connected between a source terminal and a ground so as to have a negative resistance near the frequency f<SB>0</SB>, the reference signal is injected into a gate terminal via the resonant circuit, harmonics of the injected reference signal and an oscillation wave synchronized with the harmonics are generated; and a tip-opened stab 5 provided between the drain terminal of the FET 4a and an output terminal for outputting a signal having an output frequency f<SB>0</SB>or harmonics of f<SB>0</SB>, and feeding an output of an oscillation element back to the FET 4a.
