PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective techniques for removing adverse influence of static electricity generated by rubbing of many coin-shaped members by discharging the static electricity since there is such a problem that when a base member made of synthetic resin is provided on a metallic mount and a feeding rotor made of synthetic resin, a hopper storing the coin-shaped members, and a detection section for the coin-shaped member are fitted to the base member, the static electricity is generated due to the rubbing of the many metallic coin-shaped members against one another caused by high-speed rotation of the feeding rotor, and accurate detection is not achieved owing to the static electricity. SOLUTION: A coin-shaped member feeder is equipped with, on the base member 4 made of synthetic resin, a storage section for the coin-shaped member and the detection section 23 which detects sent-out and passing therethrough coin-shaped members sent out one by one through the rotation of the feeding rotor 7, which is made of synthetic resin, is formed with a plurality of separation holes and is arranged on the base member. On the top surface of the base member, a conductive member 30 is provided which discharges the static electricity to the position where the coin-shaped member entering a separation hole of the feeding rotor comes in contact with the conductive member.
