PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective techniques for removing adverse influence of static electricity generated by rubbing of many metallic coin-shaped members by discharging the static electricity since there is such a problem that when a base member made of synthetic resin is provided on a metallic mount and a feeding rotor made of synthetic resin, a hopper storing coin-shaped members, and a detection section for coin-shaped member are fitted to the base member, the static electricity is generated due to the rubbing of the many metallic coin-shaped members against one another caused by high-speed rotation of the feeding rotor and accurate detection is not achieved by a detection section owing to the static electricity. SOLUTION: A feeding section is provided with a detection section which detects coin-shaped members passing therethrough and sent out one by one through the rotation of the feeding rotor 7, and a conductive member which discharges the static electricity to the position where the passing coin-shaped member comes in contact with the conductive member is arranged in the detection section or the feeding section nearby the detection section.
