PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a deformation hysteresis between one member and another member which are relatively displaceable. SOLUTION: A deformation hysteresis detecting device comprises a vehicle storage means 11 relatively prepared between relatively displaceable one member 2 and another side member 4 for following and displacing to either one member 2 or member 4 of the another side, containing sections 13-15 on which are arranged a plurality of vehicles 20-22 to a single tier are both the members 2 and 4 prepared in the displacing directions at multiple sequences that is aligned only strange, and with the vehicle storage means 11; the device removes each of vehicles 20-22 identified from each containing sections 13-15 by each train, respectively. Following and displacing the other side of the one member 2 or the other side member 4, in response to the amount of the relative displacements of both the members 2 and 4, a first pass partition plate 25, which passes only one vehicle 20-22 which are dropped from which stowed sections 13-15, and which have been identified for every train, and a vehicle control means 23 in the second pass partition plate 27, to which other vehicles 20-22 identified by each train regulate that of passing for the first pass partition plate 25, when the first pass partition plate 25 passes one vehicles 20-22 identified by each train.
