PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a device under test (DUT) in a terminal end of a cable, with a characteristic impedance equal to a desired impedance. SOLUTION: This connection system includes three-axis cables 14, 16, 20, 22 of equal length comprising a first and second pairs 12, 18, each of the three-axis cables of the first and second pairs 12, 18 has the characteristic impedance between center conductors and outer conductors of the first and second pairs 12, 18, the each outer conductor of the cable in the first pair 12 is connected mutually in its base end and the terminal end, the each outer conductor of the cable in the second pair 18 is connected mutually in the base end and the terminal end of the first cable, and connected to each base end and terminal end of the each outer conductor of the second cable, the terminal ends of the respective center conductors in the first and second cables are connected each other, terminal ends of respective intermediate conductors in the first and second cables are connected each other, the three-axis cables are respectively used independently to make four-cable measurement, and the paired cables are used in parallel to make two-cable measurement.
