PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen analytical tool which hemocyte-separates a high hematocrit of blood at high separation performance, in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A reagent layer 17 is arranged on a support substrate 11, a nonfibrous porus film layer 3a is arranged thereon, a horizontal-directional filtration type filter layer 13b formed of a glass filter is layered thereon, and a cover layer 12 is arranged thereon, so as to constitute the specimen analytical tool 1 of the present invention. The nonfibrous porus film layer 3a and the horizontal-directional filtration type filter layer 13b serve as a hemocyte separation layer. A polyether sulfone porous layer, for example, is used as the nonfibrous porus film layer 3a. A spacer layer 14 may be arranged on the support substrate, and the cover layer 12 may be arranged on the hemocyte separation layer.
